You are here within me

It hurts to see mother

How close we could have being today

 

What color are your eyes mother?

Are they blue, green or brown?

Did you nurse me at birth mother?

Or was 1 taken away from town?

Did you see my little fingers mother?

And also my little toes?

Did you see my hair and face mother?

Or did you pinch my little nose?

 

Can you touch me mother?

Do you hear me calling you'!

I am here beside your side mother

Take my hand and put me upon your knee

Don't turn away from me please mother

I look to you for help each day

Who took me away from you mother?

Are you very far away?

                            I have lived my life without you mother

                           And it has being hard you see

It would have been a help to me
